Our home-made jams are produced using a very specific cooking process. To preserve the essence of our fruit, their taste, smell, colour, our home-made jams are cooked in copper pans for only a very short time.
Our fruit is chosen from the very best and are always well ripened. Our preferred varieties are the "Noir de Bourgogne" blackcurrant, "Bergeron" apricot, "Mara des Bois" strawberry, vine peach, figs picked in Sollies...
Our pride as craft jam-makers is to create jams which have the real taste of fruit.
