Our sugar-free artisanal jams are as rich as our traditional jams and are made with maltitol. Maltitol is a sugar substitute coming from cereals. Its taste resembles that of sugar and it has the three advantages of being low in glucose, low in calories and non-cariogenic. These sugar-free jams are made with 68% fruit.
The jam-making technique is very delicate and for the moment, our range is limited to a few flavours. For these flavours however, it's really difficult to tell the difference from our traditional range.
